What we collect
Nothing. unBlackjack does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no profiles. We do not ask for your name, email, location, or contacts, and the app does not access them.
What stays on your device
unBlackjack saves your game data — your bankroll, your settings, your session — locally on your device, using the standard storage provided by iOS and iPadOS. This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes it.
No tracking, advertising, or analytics
unBlackjack contains no advertising, no third-party advertising or analytics software, and no tracking technologies of any kind. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not share or sell data — because we do not have any.
Purchases
unBlackjack is a one-time paid app, purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple processes that transaction; Ground Glass Technologies LLC never receives or stores your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Diagnostics
If you have chosen, in your device's Settings, to share analytics and diagnostics with app developers, Apple may provide Ground Glass Technologies LLC with anonymous, aggregated crash and usage statistics. That data is collected and anonymized by Apple, identifies no individual, and is controlled by you through that device setting. The unBlackjack app itself does not collect or transmit this information.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. Because unBlackjack holds no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete.
Children
unBlackjack collects no personal information from anyone, including children. There is nothing for a parent or guardian to request, correct, or delete, because no personal information is gathered in the first place.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Because unBlackjack collects nothing, we do not expect material changes — but if the app's behavior ever changes, this page will be updated before that change takes effect.
